Q2. How do I get my photos to you?

email - Attach the photo/s to your email. If you are sending multiple files you may need to split your files over several emails as your email network might have file size restrictions. (Our mailbox can hold 100Mb of data)

Upload File Tool - Use our Upload File tool to send single files straight from your browser.

Post - You can post CD's (see Q3 below) or original photo's to us. To avoid receiving junk mail our address is available on request. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage. All photos will be returned. CD's will not be returned unless requested. Return postage costs will be added to your quote. All our postage will be sent 'Recorded Post', 'Special Delivery' available on request.

Q3. How do I get my photo's scanned?

You can send you're original photos to us to scan, or you can get them scanned yourself. A lot of public libraries offer scanning services, also your local stationary supplier may offer this service.

You will need to scan your photos at a resolution of at least 600ppi, this will give you a photo up to twice the size of the original. If you're going to require larger prints then a resolution of 1200ppi and 2400ppi will give you up to 4 times the original size and 8 times the original size respectively. Images should be saved as JPEG or JPG at maximum quality.

Slides and negatives need to be scanned at a resolution of at least 1200ppi which gives a 5.6" x 3.7" output size. If you want larger prints you will need to scan at higher resolutions. Doubling the scanning resolution doubles the output size but also quadruples the file size. Images should be saved as JPEG or JPG at maximum quality.

Q4. Do you edit any photos?

We do not edit pornographic images.

You must own the rights to the photos you want us to edit. We will not edit copyrighted images.
